You lot puzzle me. How anyone could contemplate spending £700 on a leather jacket just for driving a car is incredible. Or maybe I'm just out of date.
I use a Musto blouson jacket, water resistant with a fleece lining and a nice collar. Plus the car's heater . And a Musto baseball cap with the little lanyard thingy that clips to the jacket collar.
There is sense in your wisdom, a good flying jacket for colder days, I did not have a Musto type jacket and my wife purchased a Morgan blue one on sale as a present. On spring days I use a Paramo walking fleece with a thin ski fleece under. Thinking about it I have also used a ski jacket.
