Could be any number of things wrong including very simple problems. It needs diagnosis by a competent workshop that has a fault code reader and is used to working with cars that have electronic fuel injection. The engine is a Rover T16. We can see you are not from the UK but there should be many garages that can do this, not necessary to use a Morgan dealer unless there is one nearby.
