I jacked mine up on Friday night to change the brake cylinder and to make bleeding easier.
I put the axle stands under the rear most cross member (aft of the axle) and the front ones under the forward tubular cross member. All was good. However I did notice the doors (which are a close fit) were a VERY close fit.
I think the longer span (about 2ft) increased the deflection in the chassis....a watch point.
When I have placed the axle stands under the rear axle all has been OK.
