Dear fellow-petrolheads
I registered here early October and therefor I think it's time to say hello...
As far as I've been told, my first word was not 'Mama' or 'Papa' (and I love them both dearly), but 'Oggen'. That's for Auto/Car.
Yeah, I know it's not German, but at that time I did not care...
Couple of years have passed and no one was able to cure me from this nasty little virus (o.k.: I meanwhile learned to say 'Auto').
I got hooked on Morgans when I was 12 - that was in 1977.
And the dream became reality with a 4/4-Sport in 2011.
Then I was at an inspection at Flaving and they teased me with a M3W
What can I say? Doublehooked.
Yes, there was bumpsteering and there was bezel noise...
...but there also was this inextinguishable grin in my face, which lasted for the whole test ride
Currently I burn petrol in 2 Triumph bikes (Tiger 800 and Thruxton 900 SE) an
M-Beamer and (here comes the workhorse) a Forester XT. The BMW will or might be replaced by the M3W (yes I'm nuts - see above). And besides; now that I own goggles and leather cap, what use are they in an 1 M Coupé???
