I will be looking for these at the Classic Car Show. Is there a noticeable improvement over the Wipacs? .....I use Osram Nightbreakers as legal upgrade bulbs on all the family motors.
Ian, I'll be there as well tomorrow tracking down a pair of Cibies.........hope we don't end up fighting over them!! I've just ordered the bulbs.
Dave....I agree, uprated bulbs won't do a lot for the performance of the Tribars, the lens design is not exactly state of the art...more like state of the Ark; typical Lucas. As a lot of the light is scattered, more powerful bulbs may make things worse in rain or fog. I'm going to keep them for Summer use...its only a 5 minute job to switch them.
