I have no idea what you are suggesting there but I can assure you that Andrew English does not make up quotes. It is excellent that Morgan is apparently beginning to pay closer attention to the views of its customers.

However, I do think (not only because of this particular remark about "moaning") that Mr Morris could benefit from a course in the art of diplomatic language. Perhaps Boshly, who is apparently close to the factory, could talk to him about this.
