^ Back in the day, if you rode a Harley, you couldn't park in front of a restaurant or bar. Would get seated at an 'out of the way' table. A leather vest and leather jacket was 'too much' leather. Now, if you ride a Harley, you're a Rock Star !

At 15 years old, got my first H-D which was a 1930 VLD flathead 80”. At that time, my father gave me advice as follows, “There are OLD riders and there are BOLD riders; but there are no OLD BOLD riders.” Now that I have survived long enough to become old, guess I am no longer a bold rider.
