Well, I was lucky enough to get ten days at work per month approved in March. This is fantastic, but the big but is that discrimination has started almost immediately. You only really understand the effect when you get it in the face. It starts with management meetings being arranged on your non-working days, which slowly distances you from what's going on. The truth is that if I vary my days I could spend most days travelling by train to meetings all round the country, but that's not best use of my time, or the travel budget.
Anyway - being at home for 20 days a month is utterly fantastic.
Only the money keeps me working, for now.
