Its been a busy day running around for others . I went with
to the garage while she was sitting in the passenger seat as I filled her car up . In the next isle was a 3 series old'ish BMW getting filled . I took little notice except it had a woman driver . While standing holding the pipe I spotted the BMWs tyres move backwards , the garage is built on a hill . It stopped then it started to move again and a bit faster this time I let go of the fuel pipe in the tank ran over to the car which had dark glass . By this time it was starting to move quicker . Grabbed the passenger door open but the door was moving at me I thought throw yourself in John or the door is going to knock you over as I tried to dive over the seat . My mind fixed on pulling the hand brake on or knocking the gear lever into 1st . I was across a woman sitting like a fool the car had stopped . I got up and said " Your car was rolling backwards " She said "I know " with little concern as though that was normal . I got up and headed for our car . While still filling my wifes car out came the woman who drove it . Her passenger opened the door and said a couple of words to her. I shouted over, "your car was heading down the hill your hand brake is not working" . Her reply was, " I know it does not work" . This idiot knows yet parks on a hill and does not put it into gear . But what about getting it repaired .
I wrote a long while ago I hated BMW and Audi its idiots like these that use the badge yet the cars have never seen a service . This idiot could not see past her lipstick and perfume its a garage and children go into the shop for crisps what if it had rolled on a child . I feel it would be one of those 100% idiot replies such as I never thought a car with no brakes could roll backwards down a hill . I feel angry and ashamed of myself for not getting her reg number and phoning the police .
