To lift the lid on the tin marked 'worms' again, does the fact that it's not classified as a four wheeled car allow an MoT without any emissions checking?
Just to give the can of worms a good stir; does anyone know what the reaction of your average MOT station is going to be when faced with a M3W?
Will they have a clue which regulations to apply?
