Remember folks that this is a hand finished car, so comparisons on exact temps between cars from the onboard temp gauge may not be comparing apples with apples.
The gauges and sensors are mass-produced items unlike body panels and interiors, so readings supplied by those components should be pretty well uniform across the model range. the small discrepancy you mentioned should be just that - small! I think though that as the Aero8 S4 and Max are mechanically identical, this minute difference (+/-1) can be "safely" ignored...
