To be honest they are all much of a muchness, the more you pay the more 'functionality' you get. They are all pretty intuitive to use. I would suggest you go to Currys or similar have a play and base your decision on that. I had a very old tomtom go and replaced the battery twice, maps were way out of date but it got me to client sites in confusing places like Derby and Reading
it finally gave up the ghost completely. Now have a low end garmin that does the basics I need. I made my decision by working out the functionality I needed read the Which report, narrowed it down to 4 devices and spent a fair bit of time in Currys playing and then buying. I cannot get overly excited by them.
Good luck there is bewildering amount of choice out there
