You cannot order that one: it was machined by "atalante", who is skilled at that kind of thing. I'd go for one of the others discussed above. The Krazy Horse spacer, as I mentioned, looks like Original Equipment. It takes less than five minutes to fit...provided you have a special tool to remove the security bolt that the factory fits.
