Yep, my question too, given that my local dealer had the car for nearly a week, just to check that the BB was noisy, and that MMC would change it, they were out of stock and I was unwilling to leave the car there any longer, left out in the rain etc. so I left with the promise of a 'phone call when a new BB box was in stock, for which I'm still waiting, and that was in early October!
Obviously, now there is a fix, when my box is changed, I would like the insulating rubber to be fitted, but don't know what it looks like yet, nor whether the noise insulation is being fitted under warranty?
