K&N do a Air Cleaner Recharge kit. It has a cleaner and a oil in it plus good instructions. Cost is $20 from a good motor accessory shop ( auto 1 or Repco). You get more than a couple of uses out of the kit  Thanks Digimap and Martyn for the suggestions. The combined knowledge of this site is awesome  Cheers, Neil.
