I don't think you will have too much difficulty with a right hand drive car in Belgium, especially if you drive with the roof off, which will give you a better view of the traffic approaching from your left at roundabouts. I've used my British licenced car for many miles in France, and got around just fine- also coming over to your country in May, for the classic car races at Spa-Franchorchamps.
