First post so be gentle.......
Do the Goodrich braided hoses dispense with the hard line fitted to the calpiers? I have just purchased a set (SMN 0300-3c) for my 1992 4/4 and the front hoses are longer than the original rubber hoses and have an end fitting that looks like it fits directly to the caliper. I have queried with Goodrich and they say that the hoses they supply fit directly to the caliper and do not connect to the pipe that is fitted to the caliper as original (Goodrich describe this as the hard line).
