Re customer satisfaction survey, I received a call from the factory just last week asking to answer some questions regarding my ownership and servicing of my 2011 Plus 4. I have had my motor from new, ordered via a dealer, with annual services carried out at the factory.
So I can confirm the factory is surveying owners.
