Harris/Clarkson...? I think I'd plump for Harris.
At least Harris does try to address car design, dynamics and performance in a reasonably intelligible manner (and he can actually drive). Where as Clarkson is all bluster, tyre smoking and showboating on an airfield (e.g. Clarkson's recent "off" whilst driving in a straight line down a wet runway in the BMW 1 Series

From the film, I thought that Harris simply took the view, like some others on here have also done, that Morgan just isn't the same without CM. His view surely, nothing more.
Oh BTW - I thought that the Maserati concept was a nice looking thing!
