I may be wrong in this instance (Lord knows, it won't be the first time) but if you are filling the bevel box until you get flow from the hole with the orange knob, you may be overfilling the box (however, if that will make it quiet, I'm all for it).
It is my understanding that the box should be filled until it overflows from the Allen bolt hole located above the drain plug.
This seems to take just under a pint of fluid. Anyone else care to weigh in this?
