Got the full factory service on Tuesday and told Mark (the service manager I think) about my concerns. He stated that as it was less than 25mm different in height than the left floor to chassis measurement there was no need to take any remedial action.
The cost of the service nearly caused me to faint but I must say that 90% of the rattles and knocks have disappeared. Mark said my 2013 Plus 4 was one of the worst squeakers they had seen. The brake peddle travel has been reduced, I had reduced it myself some time ago but these guys have improved it no end. Although I can't see signs that they adjusted tracking etc the vague steering I had has also been fixed so it's full marks there. If you've got deep pockets and a rattly car I'd recommend a factory service.
