I'm sad to say that after 3 years the time has come for me to sell my beloved 4/4 Sport. I have a genuine reason for sale, in that I need to re-inject some cash into my business. The car will be available from the end of April. It has been a really enjoyable and totally hassle free experience for me owning this Morgan; my wife and I have made some great trips in it, and it's enabled me to make some great friends, including many of you on this forum. Once I've turned things around in my business, you lot can expect to see me back behind the wheel of one of Malvern's finest.
I ordered the car new from Morgan France in Paris in May 2010, it was delivered to me in April 2011 & I paid €43 500 for it. The base price was €42 000, the Morgan France spec included a moto lita wood rimmed steering wheel, small rear view mirror, round door mirrors and two eared spinners and four years servicing and warranty. The most recent Morgan France price list lists the equivalent car at €50 000 excluding my options. The options I added were the rear luggage carrier and an option pack which included door handles, tonneau cover and elasticated door pockets. The car has been serviced by Morgan France from new and has now done 20 000 km.
Looking at the pricing of similar cars advertised in France, the cheapest I've seen has been asking about €38K.
I'll be asking for around €36 000
