I haven't had a chance to check the wiper regs. but I seem to remember that if the screen did not have a top rail, it did not need wipers, as per the Faibourne screen. I'll have a hunt for the regs when I get some time.
I'm in two minds about whether I like the Fairbourne screen or not. If I had seen that before the OE fly screens, I would probably prefer it.
