Condor's original question was about Stainless Wires, I have never had that luxury as my 4/4 has painted wires, but cleaning them is no big deal.
Bucket, brush, floor cloth and some Muk Off (if very dirty).
If they are really dirty and I need to take the wheels off, it gives me a chance to lube the suspension and clean and lube the damper blades as well.
All part of my enjoyment of Morgan ownership.
