Have you (carefully) undone the fuel pipe banjo at the filter output to see if fuel is being delivered? If no fuel pressure try the filter input. This should eliminate blocked filter or duff pump.
Pump seems to be universal 1976 -1997 from morgan dealers, not sure what the non morgan suppled alternative would be, no doubt there is one, anyone know?
