the question i have on something like this is how does it get sorted for those of us in other countries who don't have access to the factory or even a dealer nearby and had the units installed at the factory during the build?
does suplex cover the cost of sourcing a local mechanic to swap the old units with new units?
while i'm always glad people are willing to own up to issues and get out new products there's still the part where it eats a day of the owner's time dicking around with something like this finding a shop to do the swap, taking it there, waiting or cabbing it home to then cab it back to the shot to pickup the car.
and while i might not be speaking for everyone, the people who have $60k to spend on a weekend car are also people who's time is very valuable both professionally and personally. i don't even want to think about the tab that would of run up from me taking days off from work to deal with sorting out the trike.
but of course the second you pick the trike back up and spend 2 min on the road you forget about how much of a pain it was and that bit sh*t eating grin comes back on your face and you go about motoring!
