It seems that people are not using the numbers from the same location on the registry which will lead to inaccuracies and undermine the whole purpose of it. Also people can't seem to keep things in numerical order as they add their information. How hard is that?
Edit: thanks Waldemar for putting things in order... my inner OCD was starting to become inflamed.
