Has anyone had a problem yet with the rear sprocket wearing out?
Or would titanium/steel reduce the belt noise?
I wore out my first one at about the 6,000 mile mark. I'm detecting wear on the second after 2,500 miles. Warranty covered this.It will probably go back for another warranty fix before the 2 year mark.
Talked with a Harley Davidson shop and they said it would probably be no problem to order an H-D sprocket assembly which would be made out of chromed steel. Readily available apparently.
