The number after the slash is the wall height of the tyre expressed as a percentage of the width. At a width of 205 the next wall height of 60 would be approximately 10 mm higher. According to the comparison chart it would have a radius of 12.84 in or 326.20 mm, a fraction more than the tyres of the 4/4. You would have to be careful it did not touch anywhere such as on full lock on a bump.
