Is there much difference between a faithfull replica of a 1930s car and the same car which has been made continuously since the 30s? You can for example buy a Lister knobbly made this year by ( in part) Lister themselves to exactly the same drawings as the original and with the same components. You can do the same with a Cobra.

Seems to me that its all semantics.
