To avoid problems with voltage regulator cables damaged, I attach the ground cable from the controller to a screw regulator holder diameter 8 mm (5/16 ") and making a flexible cable that connects the regulator mass media the chassis and the rigid mount controller with the wiring that goes to the battery to the motor carrier.
My controller is original despite failure after ten days of use, the cable + was stripped on a sharp edge of the frame (short circuit).
