Yes, myself and several others have done the ecu upgrade, i am very enthousiastic about it, car feels liberated and revs more eagerly. I suggest you do a search on 'ecu upgrade' and you will find multiple posts. Specifically Jays wrote in detail on his results on his 2009 3.0 L Roadster. This convinced me to do same on my car which is of similar spec. If you decide to do this, i also recommend to consider to upgrade the air filter. I have done it, and it is great.
