Are you only rebuilding the motor, or the complete drive train? you do not need to remove gearbox, bellhousing or anything (even the radiator) to get the motor out.
If you unbolt the engine from the bellhousing and use a load leveler on your engine crane you can slide the motor up and out. I would suggest that you take the load on the crane and then remove the engine mounts as this allows you to swing the motor once you have it lifted.
It takes a little bit of juggling, but I have done it twice very recently. it goes back even easier. Both times I have done it by myself
The important thing is slow and steady, a little bit at a time if it gets stuck, back off the lift and look where the catch is, free it and progress.
