Anyone here remember going to "The Oval Concert" in 1971?
The Who, The Faces, Atomic Rooster, Eugene Wallace, America, Mott The Hoople ,Quintessence ,Lindisfarne, Grease Band ,Cochise(?)
Actually if you can remember it all you weren't really there.....
I was not there, but I was in Hyde Park - June 1969 to see Canned Heat's free concert.
Lovely memories.
Regarding The Who - if you ever meet the lovely Lady Budster, she has an interesting story about that band!
