I mentioned that one of the, so far unresolved, problems was with the angle of the upright not bisecting the contact patch of the tyre, if you do go for the new uprights, and having had a word with Bill Chaplin, it may be worth my while buying your old ones, to offset the cost, and asking Bill to play around with them to see if he can sort out a solution.
The other thought is that Morgan may let you have a new set of uprights under warranty or as a goodwill gesture, as your licencing authority will not allow their comfort kit? I would still be interested in getting your uprights, if they are available. Just a thought.
