The SLK is indeed a lovely car sir. But I need a 4 or 5 seater.

I'm sort of planning to have my cake and eat it too. I have more than half a mind to replace the Alfa with a Maserati Ghibli and keep the Morgan.

After various Morgan-like niggles with the Alfa I swore I would never buy another Fiat product, however I have been a Maserati fan for a long time and the 3 litre diesel Ghibli at about €65K looks very interesting. 275 CV, 8 speed auto and well equipped with a few extras if you find a pre-registered unit looks like a reasonable deal. For a touring car I have always prefered 4 doors.

I can console myself with the fact that whilst Maserati is still part of the Fiat group it is now under Ferrari management.
