put too much pressure on them, they are very tight. i have broken 2 already tried 2 open today to fit an optimate on the battery but couldnt open. i was frightened to put too much pressure incase they broke again.
I think its a case of getting the hang of it...
I was really struggling with it at first,especially the front catch, but once you mastered the technique, its a doddle.
