I had a similar problem once, dead battery.
My alarm came with an override code.
It was based on counting the blips of the alarm led on the dash and switching on-off the ignition a few times after the right number of blips had passed. I had lost this code, phoned the distributor, he told me where to look for the serial number of the unit and then gave me the right code. Trick is to convince the alarm guys that you are the rightfull owner of the car
