As I said before: all the trad cars built today (and in the last few years) have the same body (or cockpit). There are some variations on some details but they are essentially the same. The mudguards are hand cut for each car to give the correct coverage for the wheels and tyres fitted. The width of the tyres varies from 165mm to 205mm. Logically (said Spock) this gives a variation in 10mm steps of up to 40mm per side or up to 80mm in the overall width of the car. In practice, due to differing wheel widths, from 5 to 6.5 inches, and wheel offsets I believe the overall difference can be somewhat more.

Without considering the older models the difference in width of the cars is entirely in the mudguards.
