Thanks Bert, It has been a decade of research and revision (now in version 41). I have had it vetted by others but TM is a great resource and I am very much open to any and all comments. Many, many discussions with Ken Hill, Dave Rudge, George Proudfoot and others, trying to get this thing correct.

As you know, Morgan history is sometimes a moving target.
