You should have been riding a BMW, they have used versions of the system for years, the "Telelever" is but a development.
Most bikes have traditional telescopic forks because that is what is expected. Not because it is better....
If Morgan had spent as much time and effort developing the sliding hub suspension as BMW has spend on the Earles design where would it be today?
