The boss fitted onto the steering wheel directly needs some smaller cut outs. To get the Airbag working it is necessary to add some resistors (or one) into the airbag loom. The first conversion hasn`t been done from us, the guy who has developed this conversion tested the result by letting one Airbag explode... For details I would need to ask my boss ;-)
But we made different conversions, this to the long time factory steering whhel. Ok, wood is not what everyone likes, but it is another option to Aero steering wheels.
