There are a couple of firms that will bore out the cylinder and insert a new stainless steel bore. I'm unaware of anyone who has used this service but it sounds to me to be a very viable option if the mastercylinder bore is beyond redemption and new ones unavailable.
Also the stainless will go some way to counteracting the hygroscopic nature of brake fluid.
