Might be easiest to go to one of the companies that specialise in vinyl wraps and see what they can do for you. Getting vinyl to lay over compound curves without wrinkles is not an easy job at all.
This is an excellent idea.
A local vinyl wrapping firm fitted a good quality material (Defendall springs to mind) for a friend for around £200.
Only sloth on my part stops me from going down this route. The better firms have fitters with accreditation from manufacturers I think.
