The first time I opened my advance copy, the caption on page 98 made me swear. The road on which my 3 Wheeler expired, as a result of the S&S crankshaft bolt problem, was the old RN7, not the old RN75 as stated. That was a funny psychological link. The old RN75 was the road I used to take to Geneva, after using the Route Napoleon (the old RN85) for some distance.
You check things a dozen times, your publisher's people check them, yet still the odd error gets through. Not too many in this instance, I hope.
