Comes down to different goals I guess, or even differnt driving styles. I am not interested in drifting (although I acknowledge it can be fun) , I want to power out of corners in full control.
If you eliminate all drifting potential by a high grip rear tyre you will have the well known understeering problems...
I therefore prefer drifting.
