I personal think the 3.7 if you drive it enthusiastically to be a tad underbraked, morgan should really have put discs all round and four pot vented on the front .
I have a Brooklands too and have changed the pads to Mintex 1155s and that has made a difference but they can still over heat (in the Alps last year). I also have just changed to Continental premium contact 5 which give more grip.
