I bought a Metabo pneumatic grease gun, 54€ (£39) which works well, not too expensive and very easy to use.
http://www.amazon.fr/Metabo-FP8500-901060983-graisse-Allemagne/dp/B000VE7X14 You can hold the extremity of the hose, no need of 3 hands. At the moment a small compressor with a 10l tank is not expensive, less than £80 and allows you to inflate your wheels, blows the motor etc...
Avoid the grease pump where you need 2 hands to pump. The Wanner is compliant, you can pump with one hand, but manualy.
