These were of a very poor quality Tim. If you intend to mount one on the car it won't last long. 'Suggest coating it with varnish or similar if you do.
Yes mine has recently lost the black centre out of the 'O' and the 'A'
Mine, by the way, was the last in the Morgan shop and is un-numbered.
