Well done Tom at 31. I had plans to have had mine by the time I was 28. If I had ordered a new one when I was about 20 they were on an 8 year lead time then.
If I were you, make sure you don't get married/have kids as you're likely to end up like the rest of us having to wait again until you're about 50 before you can buy one!
